Mr. Briney is a reliable, old sailor who lives at his cottage on Route 104. He stays there with his trusty Wingull, Peeko. Together, the two of them still enjoy traveling across the ocean on Mr. Briney's boat.
Will, Lily, and Natalie met Mr. Briney after saving him from a group of Team Aqua Grunts. Because of that, the man promised Will and his friends that they could travel on his ship with him at any time; they need only call.
